Hadas Perlman is a professional assistant at the Mandel Center for Leadership in the North, where she is responsible for pedagogical development with a focus on knowledge management and digital literacy. An urban planner who specializes in urban-social planning, Hadas has experience in managing complex projects. Most recently, she worked for the Zionut 2000 organization, where she managed a cross-sectorial program in Rosh Ha’ayin, and established and directed the city’s first center for social and economic entrepreneurship. Hadas holds a bachelor’s degree in geography and environmental development from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and a master’s degree in urban planning from Tel Aviv University. She lives with her family in the Golan Heights.
